Mighty Sprouts is a web application that helps parents gamify daily tasks for their children. The service includes quest management, XP tracking, rewards, and reporting features.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. One account may manage up to 6 hero profiles.

Mighty Sprouts is a paid service. We offer a 7-day free trial with card upfront. After the trial, you will be charged the plan price you selected (monthly or annual). All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service. • Interfere with or disrupt the service. • Create accounts with automated methods.

All content, design, and code of Mighty Sprouts is owned by us. Your data belongs to you. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.

Mighty Sprouts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
